Good Corporate Governance that is applied in the banking world will support implementation of operations, where an institution trusted by community funds are entrusted to manager, so management must be very careful managing risks, order get a positive image from customers. Moreover, task general trust collecting and storing funds. This study aims determine how good corporate governance financial performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia.
